Subject: [PATCH] mm/page_alloc: Introduce vm.percpu_pagelist_high_fraction -fix

Vlastimil Babka pointed out that the documentation for
vm.percpu_pagelist_high_fraction is potentially misleading so fix it.

This is a fix to the mmotm patch
