Subject: [PATCH] arm64: dts: qcom: sdm845: fix microphone bias properties and values

replace millivolt with correct microvolt and adjust value to
the minimal value allowed by documentation.

Found with `make qcom/sdm845-oneplus-fajita.dtb`.
