Subject: [PATCH] ARM: dts: nanopi-neo-air: Add eMMC and bluetooth

Enable the bluetooth part of AP6212 chip (connected to UART3) and the
onboard eMMC (connected to MMC2) for the NanoPi NEO Air board.
