Subject: [PATCH 2/2] Add support for Xiaomi MIX 3 (perseus) smartpohone.

Currently working features:
- UFS
- GPU
- Video decode/encode
- USB Type C port in peripheral mode
- Modem (LTE / SMS)
- Four buttons (AI/Power/VolUp/VolDown)
- Bluetooth
- Wi-Fi
