Subject: [PATCH v2 08/21] mm/mempool/dmapool: remove CONFIG_DEBUG_SLAB ifdefs

CONFIG_DEBUG_SLAB is going away with CONFIG_SLAB, so remove dead ifdefs
in mempool and dmapool code.
