In commit

2c5af1c84603 ("selftests/kvm: Fix issues with $(SPLIT_TESTS)")

Fixes tag

Fixes: 17da79e009c3 ("KVM: arm64: selftests: Split get-reg-list test code", 2023-08-09)

has these problem(s):

- Subject has leading but no trailing quotes
- Subject does not match target commit subject
Just use
git log -1 --format='Fixes: %h ("%s")'

The date portion adds nothing.
