Subject: [PATCH] hrtimer: Remove unused function

The function are defined in the hrtimer.c file, but not called
elsewhere, so delete the unused function.

kernel/time/hrtimer.c:1880:20: warning: unused function '__hrtimer_peek_ahead_timers'.

The function is defined, but not called anywhere:
