Subject: [PATCH v10 34/38] KVM: VMX: Call fred_entry_from_kvm() for IRQ/NMI handling

When FRED is enabled, call fred_entry_from_kvm() to handle IRQ/NMI in
IRQ/NMI induced VM exits.
