Subject: SYMBIOS BUG

I believe I sent in a full detailed bug report before, but everyone
ignored it.

Problem: IDE-SCSI (FOR CDRW DRIVES) + (SYMBIOS BOARD) cannot both
co-exist at the same time.

Reason: cd-burning does not work.

Anyone know why this is?

I have an adaptec in my box, + ide-scsi, and they co-exist fine?

I have a burn box ( 2 2940 SCSI cards with 8 CDRW's on each ) and two IDE
DVD burners on the IDE channels with ide-scsi emulation. The board is a
ASUS P2B with SYMBIOS and she seems to be okay.

Didn't find any message with such subject within the last 4 weeks in my
email archives.

Might be some sexual affinity between them both that just prevents the bug
from biting your system. Who knows... :-)

You may send me the exact subject text you used in your full detailed
report or post it again.
