Subject: kexec causes `DMAR-IR: IRQ remapping was enabled on dmar6 but we are not in kdump mode`

Kexec’ing Linux 5.10.70 on a Dell PowerEdge T440/021KCD, BIOS 2.11.2
04/22/2021, Linux warns about:

not in kdump mode
[ 2.135455] DMAR-IR: IRQ remapping was enabled on dmar2 but we are
not in kdump mode
[ 2.143351] DMAR-IR: IRQ remapping was enabled on dmar1 but we are
not in kdump mode
[ 2.151247] DMAR-IR: IRQ remapping was enabled on dmar0 but we are
not in kdump mode
[ 2.159162] DMAR-IR: IRQ remapping was enabled on dmar7 but we are
not in kdump mode
```

Please find the logs attached.

Can these warnings be fixed in the Linux kernel?
