Don't really know where one should send Oops... Is there a better place than linux-kernel?

First time I see such an oops on this multiseat system. Everything still works fine though.

[email protected] for one example (CCed).

Is this a regression and if so, then what's the last good kernel?

I'm not sure if it's a regression or not.
I've never seen that before.

On the other hand, I've never seen that again with 2.6.29-rc7 as well,
so it could be a bug which hides well somewhere all the time...

Hi,

if you run the oops through "markup_oops.pl" (and assuming you have
CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO set) the oops gets part transformed into a sourcecode
dump of where the oops is happening..... that sometimes helps in
nailing it down.

Hmmm, no luck here, or...?

# zgrep CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO /proc/config.gz
# CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO is not set

Well dri_library_name is gone in drm-next tree, so the oops is fixed
via deletion.

I think it was a race condition that was causing this, but in any case
it won't be
there much longer.

So, assuming I won't find a better place to send an oops i.e. on
http://vger.kernel.org/vger-lists.html, should I go on and use linux-kernel?

I.e., where do I go with cpufreq oopses?
