Subject: [PATCH 1/4] kbuild: add targets to PHONY

This patch adds some targets to PHONY
so they are built even if a file with the same name exists.

Hi,

could you repost also this series and the patch that moves docproc.c to
scripts with patches as attachments? The patches look OK, but they are
unfortunatelly corrupted (missing or excess space and missing context
sometimes).
