Subject: set_freq: ntp_loopfilter.c line 955: invalid struct timex "constant" element value: 0

At a 32 bit Gentoo stable KVM machine I do realized since 3.19.0-rc6 :

Yes. That's a known issue with a fix that unfortunately missed the 3.19 release.

An early version of the fix is in this bug:
