Subject: [PATCH] s390/process: Delete an unnecessary check before the function call "kfree"

From: Markus Elfring <[email protected]>
Date: Wed, 24 Jun 2015 22:40:30 +0200

The kfree() function tests whether its argument is NULL and then
returns immediately. Thus the test around the call is not needed.

This issue was detected by using the Coccinelle software.

maybe the intention was to check tsk != NULL ?

This code will be changed soon anyway. So it would be rather pointless
to apply your patch now. Thanks anyway!

No.
