Subject: [PATCH 1/2] cxl: Use the bitmap API to allocate bitmaps

Use bitmap_zalloc()/bitmap_free() instead of hand-writing them.

It is less verbose and it improves the semantic.

Subject: [PATCH 2/2] cxl: Fix a memory leak in an error handling path

A bitmap_zalloc() must be balanced by a corresponding bitmap_free() in the
error handling path of afu_allocate_irqs().

The error handling path should be done in the reversed order but it should
work as-is.
