Subject: [PATCH 1/3 v2] ASoC: Add ADAU1701 codec driver

This patch adds support for the Analog Devices ADAU1701 SigmaDSP.

Add a machine driver to support the ADAU1701 SigmaDSP processors on
Analog Devices BF5XX evaluation boards.
