Subject: BUG() in 2.6.38.6

(please keep me CC'ed in answers, as I'm not right now subscribed, many thanks)

I'm getting a BUG() during boot process. The same issue is not present
in 2.6.38.5 so I think it could be interesting to post here. I've had
to use netconsole to get some messages.
Of course I'm available for any other information that could be useful.
