Currently get_sigframe() checks only (ka->sa.sa_flags & SA_ONSTACK) &&
(!on_sig_stack(sp)) to determine whether the switch to sigaltstack is
needed. It forgets to checks whether the sigaltstack was previously set.

Please use a signed tag for github pull requests. I don't pull
unsigned branches from open hosting sites.
Yeah, yeah, I know this is a one-liner, and I could just eyeball the
end result to make sure it really looks fine, but still.. I really
want signing to be standard procedure for open hosting pulls.
