While the end result looks reasonable I would like to see this split in
a few different patches - and perhaps a line or two in the commit
message describing the new naming scheme for the renames.

Is this renaming to include the cluster number really improving
anything considering that the cpus section defines them as CPU0..CPU7?

Leave them as-is.
