Subject: [PATCH 5.15 00/14] 5.15.84-rc1 review

This is the start of the stable review cycle for the 5.15.84 release.
There are 14 patches in this series, all will be posted as a response
to this one. If anyone has any issues with these being applied, please
let me know.

powerpc (ps3_defconfig, GCC 12.2.0).
