Subject: CAST5 Cipher Algorithm for Kernel Cryptographic API.

CAST5 cipher algorithm (RFC2144) for inclusion in 2.6 kernel source tree.
The code is derived from GnuPG implementation.
Major changes are:
1. Complete conformance to RFC2144.
2. Supports key size - 40 to 128 bits in steps of 8.
Test vectors (from RFC2144) are also included.
The code is successfully tested in kernel *linux-2.6.0-test3*.

On the other hand, there really is no point adding CAST5, as
much stronger, much faster algorithms are already in place.

Lastly, if somebody really wants to put CAST in the kernel, I'd suggest
going with CAST6, the AES candidate specified in RFC-2612.
