Subject: irq 21: no body cared! (this is what dmesg says)

Hi,
I just got a new athlon-xp 2500+
When I start the computer I get Call Trace and also it says "irq 21: no
body cared! disabling irq #21"
My dmesg is attached, why I do get this? I run kernel 2.6.
