Patch (against 2.6.7) removes unnecessary min/max macros and changes
calls to use kernel.h macros instead.

The current version of the driver (that is in the MIPS/Linux CVS) has
already been updated and uses the preferred min() macro instead. Thanks
for your effort anyway.
