Subject: [PATCH 11 of 12] Fix Tpm driver -- add cancel function

Please apply these fixes to the Tpm driver. I am resubmitting the entire
patch set that was orginally sent to LKML on April 27 with the changes
that were requested fixed.

Fixed in this patch are the patch description and a typo.

This patch provides the logic to check if an operation has been canceled
while waiting for the response to arrive.
