Subject: [PATCH] CodingStyle cleanup for kernel/sys.c

Hi Andrew,

Here's a patch to go with my other one currently in your tree. This one
consistifies kernel/sys.c with CodingStyle. If you think it's too academic
then feel free to ignore :)
