Subject: [PATCH 6.5 000/112] 6.5.10-rc1 review

This is the start of the stable review cycle for the 6.5.10 release.
There are 112 patches in this series, all will be posted as a response
to this one. If anyone has any issues with these being applied, please
let me know.

Tested rc1 against the Fedora build system (aarch64, ppc64le, s390x,
x86_64), and boot tested x86_64. No regressions noted.

Successfully compiled and installed bindeb-pkgs on my computer (Acer
Aspire E15, Intel Core i3 Haswell). No noticeable regressions.

Thanks, I'll just drop this commit and wait for someone who cares about
riscv, and 6.5.y (it's only going to be alive for another few weeks), to
resend the needed changes.
