As we adopt for ISP2401 the candrpv_0415_20150521_0458, which
comes together with the Intel Aero device driver, makes the code at sh_css
a lot closer to the Aero driver.
Tested on Asus T101HA.

The Yocto Aero driver for ISP2401 sets my_css_save.loaded_fw.
As we're using the same firmware, remove the ifdef there.

Such function doesn't exist on Intel Aero driver. As we're using
