Subject: [patch 00/10] perf_event_open.2: Changes introduced in Linux 4.1 and 4.0

The following series of patches to the perf_event_open manpage
document the large number of changes made to the interface
in Linux 4.1 (with patch #10 a change that somehow slipped by me in
Linux 4.0)

I am sending these out earlier than usual because it seems like
it takes a while to get feedback on these changes.
