Subject: irqs disabled: nobody cared on linux 3.2

Hi.


I have here the system/mainboard ASUS E35M-M, with 3 extra add-in
SATA extender cards, and have observed this in dmesg:

Afterwards disk write went go down by a factor 3.5x.

Looking at the mainboard I do see VIA chips. So there goes all hope
for functional hardware. (The E35M-I board had no VIA
components and certainly ran fine.)

But maybe someone has a last hint?
