Subject: [PATCH v2 01/10] powerpc/8xx: move CPM1 related files from sysdev/ to platforms/8xx

Only 8xx selects CPM1 and related CONFIG options are already
in platforms/8xx/Kconfig

Move the related C files to platforms/8xx/.

Subject: [PATCH v2 07/10] powerpc/8xx: refactor programming of microcode CPM params.

The CPM registers RCCR and CPMCR1..4 registers has to be set in
accordance with the microcode patch beeing programmed. Lets
define them as part of the patch set and refactor their
programming from that definition.
