Subject: [Generic HDLC layer] Frame Relay / CIR

Hi everyone,


I'm start to implement CIR feature for the Frame-Relay of the Generic HDLC
layer.

This is my first contact in linux-kernel and all tips are welcome.

Ok.

BTW: What exactly do you want to implement? Outbound rate limiting on
congested PVCs? Or *ECN signaling and CIR/EIR enforcing?

In this first moment, I will work only in DE bit according with CIR limit.
