Hi all,
This is test report for bluez-4.99.138.ga521540 and obexd-0.45.40.g0f25314.
In this test, we ran 108 case to cover 18 BT profile/protocol. 53 Pass, 19 Fail. Other 36 are blocked or unavailable (issues are tracked internally and we will try to fix the compile/test gap as soon as possible).
The pass rate is 67% (pass / <pass + fail>). We found 4 bug.
I want to highlight the obexd bug (see 25109). This is obexd regression towards obexd-0.44.
New bugs (4):

Obexd-server-0.45 (server daemon) will cause old kernel (3.0.27) panic after one file transferred, while obexd-0.44 server could work smoothly with same environment.

Is there implementation plan for MCE notification and SMS upload/delete functions?
https://bugs.meego.com/show_bug.cgi?id=25109 upstream bluez configure parameter needs VDP profile enabled
Does upstream bluez support VDP profile?

Regarding bug 25109, this seems to be causing the problem:
obex-client[969]: client/bluetooth.c:transport_connect() port 65535
Apparently this is a problem parsing the record, can you attach the output of sdptool browse to the bug.

Well, I can understand only the kernel panic picture is not enough, however, it is also hard to get call trace from my testing machine because there is no serial port. :(
But it is interesting that, same environment has no same panic if I used obexd-0.44. So, I have to notify 0.45 potential issue. I saw something related to timer.c, but I am not sure where bug is.

The bug does not have good log to analyze.

Hi Johan,
Thanks for your information. I will remove VDP cases from my list.

BlueZ doesn't support VDP so this bug doesn't seem valid, and even if it did support it configure script options and config file settings are a packaging issue, i.e. not upstream related.

Hi Andrei,
It might be the typo from my copy/paste. I resend bug info:

Does upstream bluez support VDP profile?
==============================
Thanks for your finding.
To bug#25109 and bug#25107, they are not same issue. Since 3.0.27 is not available, I took another system with 2.6.32-38-generic-pae kernel as OBEX Server, and found bug#25109.

Hi Andrei,
No, that kernel is not my test target. I just intended to get a machine as OBEX Server. At that time, the machine is with 3.0.27, and then kernel panic happened.
I feel the bug is to say obexd-server is somewhat not compatible with some old kernel (e.g. 3.0.27).
Detail panic picture was took and attached in the bug, do you have any idea of it?

Thanks for the report. I have tried to access a few of the
bugs.meego.com links. It seems they are not freely accessible:
"You are not authorized to access bug #25107. To see this bug, you must
first log in to an account with the appropriate permissions."
Could you change that?
cheers,
