Dear NFS fellows,
by inspecting networks trace I have notice that directory listing with
5.1 kernel always sends an extra READDIR request after a final reply was
received (values follows = No, EOF = Yes). I see this with v3 and v4.1.

This behavior was introduced with commit be4c2d4723a4.
