Hello everyone!!!

Does anybody know how to set the discoverable mode for a device under
Linux?

How to set the LIAC/GIAC mode for a device?

Use "hciconfig hci0 piscan" and "hciconfig hci0 pscan" to switch
discoverable mode on and off.

> How to set the LIAC/GIAC mode for a device?

Use "hciconfig hci0 iac ..." to read or modify the inquiry access code.

With "hcitool scan --iac=..." you can also tell it to use a different
inquiry access code.
