We want to build a bluetooth stack that can be embedded in a smart device. We wanna know if its possible, if not why and if yes can we build from the existing stack.

Linux is already working in many embedded or smart devices and the BlueZ
Bluetooth stack is known to work perfect on different hardware platform.
So I don't see any need write an own Bluetooth stack, but of course you
are free to do it.
