Can anybody tell me if the firmware on the MSI Bluetooth USB dongle is
upgradeable? (not the BToe USB device)... this device at:

What version of HCI does it have if it is not? Thinking of buying
this one because need a dongle in a hurry, but would like to know ....

as far as I know it is upgradeable, but you may better choose the D-Link
DBT-120 Rev B3. For the known firmware versions check my webpages:
