When you install bluez-libs with prefix=/usr/local, then it would have
copied bluez.pc in /usr/local/lib/pkgconfig.
Now, when installing all other utils which make use of bluez-libs library, u
need to export this library.
Try "export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig"
