Subject: [Bluez-users] Throughput in RFCOMM

Hi,

I have seen that throughput increases with data size in RFCOMM connection. Why is it so ??

Just wanted to confirm to check if I am following the right path as I am a student.

thanks

I'm not (at all) a Bluez expert, but it could be as simple as the
fact that the larger the chunks of data you're sending, the lower the
overhead. For each chunk of data there's going to be a header
describing the chunk. The more chunks, the more headers; the fewer the
chunks, the fewer the headers.

If what you're seeing can't be accounted for that way, you'll need to
hope that a real expert chimes in.
