This patch makes use of the new facility provided by the previous patch
to implement per-mount NFS I/O statistics. Currently these statistics
are exported in files under /proc/fs/placeholder/iostat, but we still
need to pick a place (probably in /sys).
This patch exposes raw counters that user-level programs can use to
compute byte rates, cache hit rates, and RPC latencies.
