Here is an updated patch of the locking with cluster file system.
- Updated the patch for Linux 2.6.10-rc2
- Added VFS lock calls from NFSv4
- Added a vfs_test_and_lock() that is now used by lockd and NFSv4 (as
requested by Andy)
