Wiktionary and the dictionaries installed in Debian have no reference to the
word "priveleged".

In terms of finding the word "priveleged" in use, the best that Google could
turn up was the above web page which uses both "priveleged" and "privileged"
in the same page.
As "priveleged" seems not to be an acceptable spelling (not even by US
standards), could we have s/priveleged/privileged/ run on the policy?
I have searched in vain for a synonym that is easier to spell.
