Subject: [PATCH 00/16] rtlwifi updates for kernel 3.20

Kalle,

Welcome as the wireless-driver maintainer. I'm certain that it will take
a while for all of us to function with the new structure, but I will try.

This patch bomb is the first of a set of cleanups. As I wrote John earlier,
my intent is to identify code that appears in multiple drivers and move such
routines into rtlwifi. None of the changes in this set need have high priority,
and all should be pushed into the "next" stream for kernel 3.20.

Subject: [PATCH 15/16] rtlwifi: rtl8192de: Rework calls to rate-control routine

The code uses macros to determine the parameters that are passed to the
rate setting routine. A simpler method is implemented.

Subject: [PATCH 13/16] rtlwifi: rtl8821ae: Add VHT rate descriptors

Device RTL8821AE is the first if the rtlwifi devices to implement 802.11ac
capability. As a result, VHT rate descriptors are needed. In addition, the
driver is converted to use the descriptors in rtlwifi.

With this change, all of the drivers now use the common routine. As this
driver has VHT capability, an additional parameter is needed, thus all the
