here are a few ath / ath9k updates. The dynamic regulatory domain setting
feature requires the cfg80211 reg_initiator_name() patch applied so not
sure how you want to deal with this dependency. Should John just merged
that change?

This is enabled only when CFG80211_CERTIFICATION_ONUS
is selected. For US and JP this is explicitly disabled
unless the systems are being used for strict controlled
testing.

I have another series similar to this coming up soon but much more
intrusive, it'll deal with cfg80211 / nl80211 flags and tons of
drivers use them. I'll just post it to both and you guys can decide

TX99 support enables Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) testing.
SAR is the unit of measurement for the amount of radio frequency(RF)
absorbed by the body when using a wireless device. The RF
exposure limits used are expressed in the terms of SAR, which is a
