Subject: old Prism 2.5 Wavelan and WPA

May be a offtopic post but no idea where/whom to ask instead.

I set up just these days an old Fujitsu Siemens Stylistic (ST4000 or so)
it has a build in Prism 2.5 Wavelan.
? read in the net (and found in Kernel) the Hostap drivers for this chip.
The card works (wondering to have two wireless interfaces wifi0 and
wlan0) but wpa_supplicant doesn't detect wpa networks as wpa networks
(they are shown as wep) so I can't connect.
So please if some one has or have had such a card operating on wpa (or
wpa2) infrastructures, please give me a hint.

Ok, it's done.
I needed to upgrade the cards firmware.
