Subject: hostapd slows down system and sometimes i get message like

hi all

frequently restarting hostapd seems to slow down system and sometimes msg
like "BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 61s".

please provide information about what driver you are using(also
lspci), hostapd.conf, hostapd --version.
wireless-testing/linux kernel version.
