Kernel: Linux 5.7.10 (Debian)
Device: D-Link DWA-131 rev. E1
https://wikidevi.wi-cat.ru/D-Link_DWA-131_rev_E1
https://eu.dlink.com/uk/en/products/dwa-131-wireless-n-nano-usb-adapter

Bought this to use as an AP with hostapd, but the AP feature
apparently isn't supported yet. (it however is supported in the
manufacturer's own Linux driver)

See enclosed files.

Next, I tested this as a client on another host (also running kernel
5.7.10) connecting to a BGN access point. This is what I got on the
client side:

[ 87.902641] wlxc4e90a041cb2: authenticate with 24:4b:fe:3d:d0:be
[ 87.969749] wlxc4e90a041cb2: send auth to 24:4b:fe:3d:d0:be (try 1/3)

[ 88.093604] wlxc4e90a041cb2: RX AssocResp from 24:4b:fe:3d:d0:be

[ 88.219990] usb 1-3: rtl8xxxu_bss_info_changed: HT supported
[ 88.282793] wlxc4e90a041cb2: associated
[ 90.439696] IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_CHANGE): wlxc4e90a041cb2: link
becomes ready

I hope this helps.

Cheers!
