Subject: [PATCH] mwifiex: fix Tx timeout issue during suspend test

Call netif_carrier_off/on while stoping/starting netdev queues.
This fixes netdev watchdog warning and ->ndo_tx_timeout() invocation
during suspend resume stress test.
