Subject: [FIX REQUEST] Processor ID should be unsigned int

Hello all,

In whole kernel, Processor ID is inconsistent at some places used as int
and some places as unsigned int and unsigned.

As I spotted earlier in X86: smp.h same structure is using all three
types.

Do you think there should be some consistency.
