Subject: [PATCH -next] drm/amdgpu: fix error return code in amdgpu_amdkfd_gpuvm_create_process_vm()

Fix to return error code -ENOMEM from the eviction fence create fail
error handling case instead of 0, as done elsewhere in this function.
