Subject: [PATCH] mmc: sd: use HIGH_SPEED_BUS_SPEED in mmc_sd_switch_hs()

Use the well defined HIGH_SPEED_BUS_SPEED macro in mmc_sd_switch_hs()
to make code more readable.
